EANS Advanced Course in Spinal Surgery
Next Dates: TBC
It is now a two-part course, with Part I having taken place in September 2015, and part II in November 2016. Part I is planned again for 2017.
The course employs various teaching methods, including plenary lectures, interactive case discussion and round tables, and cadaver hands-on workshops in the renowned Innsbruck University lab. It is not no longer divided between cervical and thoracolumbar spine parts, but instead focuses on Extended indications and advanced operative techniques in Part I and on Complications and management in Part II.
This is a unique international course which gives participants the opportunity for informal debate with their peers as well as with the teaching faculty – internationally recognized speakers from various European countries.
